I am just wondering if i should hold any hope of being accepted into Dartmouth. And if anyone has any other schools that they could suggest that would be great. I am completely new at this thing so and advice would be great. Thanks!

I understand that my GPA and SATs (I bombed writing) are low for Dartmouth but I was wondering if my situation would give me a chance at admission. I dont know how my ECs are but I am hoping that they are average. I have had fee waivers for all of my A.P classes and for my SAT SAT II & I. I will defiantly need financial aid. I dont think that my mom can help at all; she is supporting my sister and I with her meager income. I am hoping one day to become a doctor and heading back to the small Alaskan villages and helping the natives there. I hope to be a role model to the Alaskan Native children and show them that they can make something of themselves and get out of poverty.
