Chances for an applicant with very weak EC's

<p>I really want to get into CMU, but with my weak EC's, and lack of leadership and awards I really don't think I have a chance. Does any one have any advice. Or, can anyone tell of any other top schools who don't focus to much on leadership and awards that I may have a chance to get accepted to.
Here are my stats.
I am a average student from a small public school. I know that I want to apply ED to a school. But, am having a hard time picking one school to apply to. Can you guys please tell me what school I am should apply to?
My stats:</p>

<p>SAT I: 1430
I am going to take my SAT II's soon
ranked 4 in 240.
4.0 weighted GPA
I have no leader ship or awards
My EC's:
I've taken the following each four years.
Yearbook
Newspaper
French Club
Serteens
SADD
Key Club
100+ hospital volunteer hours
50+ library volunteer hours
NHS(1 year)
I interned at DEP
and took a French course in a local college</p>

<p>I intend to apply ED to whatever school I decide to apply to. </p>

<p>Please tell me what school I would have the greatest chance to get into.

<p>It's not that. I looked at some of the other stats of prospective applicants. And they all had tons of leadership poistions, and awards. I assume a lot of the other applicants will have that too, and I won't have any advantage. So, won't I have a much lower chance to get accepted.</p>
