I’m going ED

Who's Who is a useless, mass mailed award, don't put it on the app.
You will most likely need to improve your SAT (a 1800 is a 1200 on the old scale).

get the GPA and SAT score up A LOT

well...

you havent been taking the hardest course load...and your gpa is not that good considering you only have 3 APs.

You also (like me) have poor SAT scores.

the last 2 awards you listed are scams...

I dont think you will have a chance at all.... (dont mean to be harsh)

have you considered other schools you can apply to ED? I think NYU may be good?

I've taken about 11 honors classes. Does that help?

oh well honors is good.....how many aps are you allowed to take at your school?

about 10 ap classes

well that will hurt becuase you did not tke the toughest course load....but you did take the honors which is the next best thing..

does your gpa trend upwards?

Fortunately, yes, it does.

Good luck... ED will be useful... meanwhile, try to improve on the SAT.
