Chances for an International Applicant

Hey people!
I am an international applicant from Germany. I wanted to know what you think about my chances of being admitted to Harvard.

My stats:

Class Rank: 2/80

EC:
-Dance (hiphop, breakdance, jazz...)
-Taekwondo (black belt)

What do you think?

hm... There's another German on this forum who is also doing civil service now. I don't want to discourage you, but his stats and ECs were a lot better and he didn't get in. I do find your Taekwondo thing VERY impressive though. It's too bad that Harvard does not have a team for that. If you got recruited, you'd have really good chances. As of now, I'd say you're stronger than the average Harvard applicant, but I don't think that you really stick out.

"No Access to SAT or ACT Test Centers

Students who do not have access to a testing center in their country are the ONLY exceptions to the policy outline above. If you do not have access to a testing center, we will consider other internationally recognized credentials, such as the results of the Graduate Record Examination. Applicants must send the results of the GRE to the Harvard Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, code 3451."
1-Is that true?
-If yes, I am only freshman and how am i going to take Graduate Record Examination?
2-Isn't this exam only for graduating students?
