GPA: im currently doing a british diploma AICE/ A LEVELS but my gpa converts to 3.55

<p>I can’t say much but your SAT seems very very low. However you being a high-level skateboarder makes you stand out even though I think it is not a varsity sport. Are you a junior or a senior ? Because you wrote you would retake the TOEFL.</p>

<p>I figured that the SAT score was too low but i’ve been told by so many people most colleges dont pay much attention to SAT scores from international students. I mean all the courses im doing at the moment are Advanced levels. A lot more difficult than APs. so that has to be worth something</p>

<p>SAT especially SAT II for selective colleges are very important.
They’re the part of the Academic Index…
Yes, the AI doesn’t incorporate other “soft” areas of the application, but it is an important tool nonetheless… a tool that incorporates SAT scores.</p>

<p>1- Improve your SAT score.
2- Describe your EC’s so we can understand what they exactly are</p>

<p>Oh and the skateboarding thing can be a hook if you’re good enough.</p>

<p>And the SAT score DOES matter for internationals.
