i have to apply as an international student unless i get the green card before this november.
I have lived here for 5 years.
Right now im really depressed b/c i feel like i am gonna get rejected by everywhere.

Other schools I consider to apply are
Cornell (2nd choice)
Uva (parents want me to go there. good school though)
Penn State uni. park (3rd choice)
William&Mary
CMU
Smith
Boston U
UWashington (safety)
JMU (safety)
Rutgers (safety n match)

I visited a college+career center from my school and a lady there told me I wouldnt get in half the choices i listed above. =<
then she recommended really "easy" schools that i havent even heard of.
I worked really hard during my high school years thus I dont think i would get satisfied with those schools.
If i dont get in to wellesley then i have no idea where to go cause cornell is an extreme reach for me.

also another question, is it ture that i wouldnt likely to get in if i ask for fin aid when i am applying as an int student?

Any comments would be helpful.
Thanx!
