Engineering Physics is what I'm putting down, but I think i want to do a dual degree in Engineering Physics and Engineering Mathematics. Or at least try it out til it kills me.

What about for EECS? I just read a post about how strong engineering candidates should apply for that, just in case, but I don't know if I fit the bill.

if you're still undecided between engineering physics and EECS you could just apply for engineering undeclared. btw you have the stats for any engineering major, or any major for that matter

yeah, you're stats are good. i was oos engineering from ny too. I'm curious - how did you calculate uc gpa? on my app at the time I just put whatever gpa my school gave me (not out of 4.0)
