<p>Here are stats for those admitted to UC’s last year. You’ll note your stats are below median at both schools. Given that you’re OOS, they will typically need to be higher than in state medians. </p>

<p>That said, the UC’s need more people paying OOS rates during this budget crisis and some do plan to accept more OOS students for that reason this year. On the other hand, both of these schools will take fewer freshmen this year because of the budget crisis.</p>
<p>So while your chances are not good based on stats, Davis especially doesn’t get many OOS applicants and if they want your $43K badly enough, who knows what this admissions season will bring?</p>
