<p>that's a super top-heavy list. so is mine, but like.... you need to have more than 2/3 safeties and 8/9 reaches.</p>
<p>i understand the list is top-heavy, but why does that matter if im completely happy going to the safety. is the fear that ill get rejected from all 11?</p>

<p>You honestly don't need more than 2 safeties - I had one, because I was 99% positive I'd get in there.</p>
<p>you obviously have a stellar list of ECs (despite ruining debate by participating in the despicable Victory Briefs camp), but your grades will hurt you - it all hinges on what each individual school will be looking for. Northwestern, for instance, actively seeks debaters.</p>
<p>who are you mr. pink, who are all these random debaters (im also a debater from WA who travels moderately on the nat circuit and goes to victorybriefs)</p>
<p>what about a school that maybe doesnt actively seek debaters, does that nearly eliminate my chances for admission.</p>
