If I do really well on my SAT II's, and raise my GPA/Class Rank, you think I'll have any chance?

If you have the time, I think you should try to boost your SAT score. You’re GPA looks okay, and your class rank is pretty high (you’re around top 11%). Random: there’s not many kids at your school, huh? At my public high school, there are 1,200+ students per grade.

Pace: Easier then match… so safety?
Brown: try to raise your SAT scores by around 200 each, do well on SAT II’s (as you said)… raise your class rank to top 10% (so like 2 more people… 5 to be “safe”). Then it would be a high reach.

Yeah I know, I’m horrible at tests and the SATs, being a very hard test, does not help me whatsoever.

Thanks for replying.

ranyan3 I am actually in a HUGEEE school, it’s just that they are just weighing it out from the seniors in my school.

Yeah, I will go up in the rankings soon, I’m only point something away from the 2 people ahead of me, so that shouldn’t be a problem. I’m taking SAT II’s in Dec (Lit, Math I, and World History), so hopefully a miracle happens and I do really well on those!

Actually, if you raise your SATs by 200, you’d be in the middle range (according to college board), so that makes it a high match, not a high reach.

Sorry, I’m pretty new to this ranking stuff.

I think I want to double major in Theatre Studies and Anthropology. I know, you probably are thinking - she has nothing with theatre, but It’s just something I have always wanted to do… that’s why the Boston University audition is going to be VERY nerve-wracking…

theater like drama/theater?!?!? if yes, then me too! I really really wanna attend Carnegie Mellon, which I hear is super hard to get into >.< I’ll try my best though!

Follow your passions! That’s what I’m going/will do.
