Chances for BC?

<p>I just visited Boston College and loved it. Im worried that I wont get in though. Do I have any chance if I apply early action?</p>

<p>EA for BC is very competitive as they are seeking to admit the most academically qualified candidates to admit in their pool (i.e. the Harvard level applicants). You might be deferred, and BC very rarely accepts deferees. You’re better off demonstrating interest and applying RD. </p>

<p>You seem in their range, perhaps on the lower end with that low math grade junior year, but still in their range. SATs are also in their range. I think your ECs show good volunteering too…you have a fair chance. It’s a high match/low reach for you. Good luck!</p>
