I hate to crush your hopes, but I don’t think your chances of an almost full scholarship are likely at St. Olaf–especially for an international. My DD and her friend (international) both were admitted to St. Olaf. DD’s cost of attendance (COA) would have been $24,000 per year. The friend only got a $10,000 scholarship because she was an international. No other aid. Her COA would have been around $40,000 per year. You’ll have to confirm this with admissions, but St. Olaf doesn’t give academic scholarships to internationals–not sure about music scholarships.
