Chances for Boston College, Madison, Boston Univ.,

<p>Basics:
-Finished Junior year at a large, competitive public high school.
-Parents didn't go to college.</p>

<p>Grades:
-Had a weighted GPA of 3.8 (despite some C's and B's but those were honors classes) but I got a 4.0 my second semester in junior year. 1 AP class sophomore year, 2 in my junior year, and there will be 4 in my senior year. D
-ACT Score = 27</p>

<p>EC's:
-Debate team since freshman year
-Model UN since sophomore year
-Plan to do more charity-type clubs in my senior year</p>

<p>dont know much about Madision but BC-most likely reach BU- higher end match
tests are alright and GPA is pretty good</p>

<p>I am familiar with all 3 of these schools, so I’ll chance you. As biganthony said, being first generation is a hook.</p>

BU-match/highish match.
UW-match…although admissions have become quite competitive for Madison, I think you will be admitted.</p>

<p>I have tried taking the ACT but I got a 26…I am going to try one more time in September. </p>

<p>I’d say Michigan is a high match. If you are a resident of Michigan, I definitely think you’d be admitted.
Otherwise, high match.</p>
