Brown: high reach
Georgetown: mid-high reach
UNC Chapel Hill: high reach (OOS)
University of Virginia: low reach
Vanderbilt: low reach
Notre Dame: low reach
Boston College: match
UT Austin: high match

UC Davis: match
UC Berkeley: low reach
UCLA: low reach
UC Santa Barbara: low match/safety (kinda…)
UC Santa Cruz: low match/safety
Cal Poly SLO: low match

As for suggestions, Occidental college would be a match. UCSD as well. Have you considered USC, maybe? Your list is all over the place so I’m just wondering how you compiled this list.

The only thing I am saying all off of is that while your ACT is GREAT, the GPA is low, and your EC’s aren’t super impressive. That being said, if you can pull great essays, you have a shot at most of these schools.:)

I’m sorry my sentence structure/words make no sense. Ignore me, it’s too late and I should be sleeping. Good LUck!

For the UCs and Cal Poly, it depends heavily on your choice of major. For instance, getting into Cal as a liberal arts major won’t guarantee that you can change into Cal’s engineering school. And the engineering school’s admission criteria are tougher than Letter & Science.

As for Cal Poly, if you are applying for college of engineering:

Avg GPA: 4.08
Avg ACT: 31
Avg SAT: 1388 (out of 1600)

<a href=“Cal Poly Admissions”>Cal Poly Admissions;

Brown: Very high reach

UCB: Reach to High reach (depending on major)
UCLA: Lower than Cal’s Reach
UCSD: High Match
UCD: Match
UCSB: Match
UCI: Match/Low Match
UCSC: Safety

Cal Poly: Match

Other extra curriculars:
-2 summers working at Buck Institute for Research on Aging, working on pharmacogenetics, lifespan analysis, senescence, oxidization, and scientific ethics. Nearly published in a paper… but put in over 300 hours total over 2 summers.
-Will most likely get internship at UCSF, Stanford, or Brigham and Women’s Hospital next year.

Brown - Reach
Georgetown - Reach
UNC Chapel Hill - Reach if you’re out of state, match if in state
University of Virginia - Reach if you’re out of state, match if in state
Vanderbilt - Reach
Notre Dame - Low reach
Boston College - Low reach
UT Austin - Reach if you’re out of state, match if in state
UCs (in state)
UC Davis - Match
UC Berkeley - Reach (it’s a reach for everyone)
UCLA - Reach (for the same reason)
UC Santa Barbara - Match
UC Santa Cruz - Safety
Cal Poly Slo - Safety

Other ideas:
Emory - plausible reach
Northwestern - reach
UMichigan - match/low reach
BU - match/safety
USC - match
NYU - match

If you apply ED somewhere, I suggest Vandy. If you don’t want to do ED but rather SCEA I think you should do Gtown. Also, look into Emory (they have ED1 and ED2) cause its a great school.

Might add Holy CROSS-TOP25 school with greay campus 1 hour from Boston.
