Chances for BS/MD Programs?

Ok, so I am applying to a bunch of BS/MD programs, as well as to some reputable undergrad schools. I am thinking of the programs at Rice, Brown, URochester, Rutgers, BU, GW, USC, Drexel and PSU, maybe some others, and Cornell, JHU, Princeton, UMichigan (Ann Arbor).

GPA (uw): 3.6, probably 3.7 by the end of the year.
I took all accelerated classes, and have 8 APs so far. My school doesn't rank, but I can safely say I am in the top 10%.

SAT: 2300 (should I send this or not? Since my ACT is a lot better...)
ACT: 35
SAT IIs: Biology-750, Math 2-730, taking Spanish, Chem, and World History
ECs: 300 hours at hospital, shadowing 2 doctors, President of Red Cross, Key Club, Head Tutor for Peer Help Program, Editor of Newspaper, vocal instruction, member of out-of-school orchestra, lots of community service, and some other cultural groups

I go to a really competitive school (its a university town), and I am worried that the schools will not care that it is tough, they will just see my GPA and "rip up my application."
