Hey, guys. Thought if I shared my info I might get some feedback on my chances at getting into Boston University.
My GPA is pretty embarrassing, between my first two years of high school I had an 86 on a 100 point scale. My Junior year average was a 95 with one AP (APLang&Comp) and this year I'm taking three APs. My first quarter grades were awesome (nearly all weighted around 104+), with one exception, a 65 in Pre-calc. (Cringed upon writing that, yikes.)
My SAT is an 1830.
As far as ec, I feel very strong. I started writing my first novel when I was 14, finished it at 16 and published at age 17. I have over 500 hours of hospital community service. I am a Girl Scout, Sunday School teacher, singing choir lead soprano vocalist, bell choir member, voluntary English tutor, vacation bible school counselor, acolyte, and student at a selective, community college-affiliated multi-genre writing program, which I've earned honors in for the past two years. I've worked two seasonal jobs.
I'm looking to study English in the hopes of going to grad school and becoming a professor. (Fingers crossed!)
I'm not sure how closely BU looks into ec, but I'm hoping someone on here will have some idea.
Chances?
Thanks a bunch, I really appreciate it.

**Clarification: In the hopes of later attending grad school & becoming a professor. (Currently applying Undergrad)
