Chances for Bucknell, W&L & Villanova

<p>Please let us know chances for the following schools:</p>

<p>Bucknell ED - she's a legacy; GREAT interview
Washington and Lee ED2 - recruited for tennis; Another GREAT interview
Villanova regular - possible tennis recruit and her grandfather and great grandfather are alums
also...<br>
William & Mary regular - I know this is a long shot</p>

<p>She's a white female attending a private school in the northeast

SAT II: US History: 660 Spanish:680</p>

<p>GPA: 4.01 (weighted)... this is a school where students really work hard for every A!
Course work at end of senior year will include: 6 AP classes and several Honors classes
National Spanish Honor Society member and has received several awards for Spanish

<p>Extra Curricular (what I can remember):
Varsity Tennis, first singles all 4 years, Team Captain Jr & Sr years, several team awards
USTA Tennis - competes at district, sectional and national level
Other School EC's include writing tutor, school newspaper, student council, school ambassador, honor council, several leadership roles as a senior

<p>Tennismom, I don't know too much about how recruiting works at these schools. Our school sends a number of kids to Villanova and some to Bucknell each year. I know that the SAT V/M scores for non recruited athletes for Villanova were 1330 and up and Bucknell was even higher. Your daughter has the gpa that these schools are looking for and being a recruited athlete/legacy can only help. It looks like she has a lot going for her. Having said all that I think she has good chances at Bucknell and Villanova. W&M will be more difficult and I don't know too much about W&L. Good luck!</p>
