Good chance at U of Minn. All the rest are somewhat of a reach, even with your URM status, though not out of reach. Given your good GPA, class rank, and decent ECs, probably the most effective thing you could do to improve your chances is to get your test scores up. ACTs 30 or above or SATs above, say, 2050 or 2100 would make you a very attractive applicant for the schools you've listed.

Also, for your info, below is a ranked list of undergrad business schools. The ranking is from last year, but it should be useful as a list of schools for you to investigate.

Because it's program is not as well known/good? Georgetown is great for more liberal arts stuff like political science and international relations.

Annn- I know that UT has a great business school but I don't want to go to school that far south. I want to stay fairly close to home but I am also thinking about the NE.

Worrywart- There really wasn't anything that I didn't like. All the people seemed really nice. The location seemed perfect (on the lake, and near Chicago). The highlight of my visit was just finally being on the campus of which I had heard so much about. The architecture of the buildings was also really cool. I spent a couple nights in Chicago and it really is a great city. Sorry I didn't answer your question more directly, I basically liked everything.
