<p>You know the drill haha, no reason for an explanation. I applied in October for Priority filing period, with the business school being my top pickk followed by LAS. I'm reasonably sure I'm fine for LAS (right?) but what do you think about business?</p>

I'm from Indiana and I'm a white dude. Both parents went to college, but not to the U of I. </p>
<p>ACADEMICS
-GPA: 3.92 unweighted, 4.27 (or something like that) weighted.
-RANK: 3/718
-ACT: 33 [10 on writing]
-SAT: 1450/1600 (750 CR, 700 M)
-SAT II's: Math 2-750, Chem-610 </p>
<p>CLASSES
AP Bio, AP Chem, AP Physics B, AP Calc AB, AP Stats, AP English Lit, AP English Comp, AP U.S. Hist, AP Psychology, AP Spanish, AP European History. Honors Physical Science, Honors Algebra1, 2, and Geometry, Regular precalc. All other classes were "basic." </p>
<p>ATHLETICS
- Varsity Swimming & Diving; 5 years; Captain J-Sr Years; Been to state twice.
- Varsity Track & Field; 4 years; Mile; Co-Captaining long-distance this spring.</p>
<p>EMPLOYMENT
- Best Buy; Sales Associate. April 2009-Present; 20-30 hours per week. It's a lot of work.</p>
<p>LEADERSHIP
-RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards) scholar and participant. Attended a one week camp that developed our leadership and team-building skills.
- Senior Committee; one two-hour meeting weekly, planning for graduation/prom/etc. </p>
<p>CLUBS/MISC.
- Concert Choir; 4 years; tenor in audition choir. Participated in 2 chambers during junior year, got "fair" ratings in both in regional competition. Nothing to brag about.
- Peer Tutors; the only class I ever did this for was Spanish. Usually ranged from 2-3 hours per week.
- School/Community Planning Commission; working with other students and community members to organize events in the community and volunteer. Only one hour per 2 weeks. It was basically our school's version of NHS.</p>
