Chances for Butler University?

Hi! I'm currently a Senior in KY and Butler is my #1 choice by far, Undecided major. I love everything about it :)
I'm currently taking courses such as AP English, AP Calc AB, and AP Spanish. I've taken honors classes since 9th grade and AP classes since 10th.
My current overall GPA is 4.13, weighted, and I'm 6th out of 87 in my class.
ACT Composite is 30, and these are my highest scores in each subject- Math: 28, English: 34, Reading: 32, and Science: 27
I'm constantly involved in dance classes, as well as teaching dance. I'm on my Parish's Core Leadership Team for Youth Ministry and am always involved in community service.
I'm also a member of Sociedad Honoraria Hispanica and National Honor Society, and will hopefully have an officer position in NHS this year.

I'm planning on applying Early Action, and am almost done with the Common App application. I feel like Butler is the school for me, like I belong there :) How good are my chances of getting in, as well as scholarship chances? Thanks!

Butler: Safety

Odds are very high you’ll get in EA, however scholarships are another matter.
DO NOT apply just to Butler. Apply to a few other schools that are similar in vibe, such as Illinois Wesleyan; Centre, Transylvania, and Drake. You WANT to have a choice, if only to compare financial aid packages (and if Butler offered you less than a peer school, you can ask them to reassess in light of their being your #1 school and the only obstacle being the FA offer from School X.)

You have a very good shot at getting in. I’m a current student here and had similar test scores as you and about the same GPA. And for scholarships, almost everybody I know here has received some sort of financial aid (I was given about 50% for academics alone), so I wouldn’t worry too much about that.

Hope all goes well and best of luck!
Go Dawgs!!

Thanks! I’m waiting on one thing from a teacher, and then I can send in my application! I’m extremely excited and already can’t wait for the admissions letter!
