Thank you everyone for your input on this matter! I know Stanford is a reach! I get free tuition at the UC's so I plan on attending one.

From what I know, your scores are quite low for all schools. Don’t know if financial need has more weightage for UC schools.

Someone please help!

Your scores are a little low especially for the engineering programs at these schools given the competition. Your EC’s are good, I would just recommend taking the SAT once more before you submit your apps and shoot for a 2100+.
Btw where did you find the AP scores?

Why haven’t you taken a physics class? That will be an ultimate red flag at your top 3 schools.

Honor’s Mechatronix is physics. The UC’s see it pretty much as honors physics. So it’s in between a normal class and AP. I didn’t take AP because I was told the variables are the same in Chem and Physics and that I’d go commit suicide.

I also got my AP scores over the phone.

Your SAT score is definitely on the low side. Also, do you have any ECs that you could use as a hook? I think a retake for the SAT would really help. I think only UCD, UCSB, and UCI would be potential schools at the moment. Good luck!
