Chances for California Universities

Hey guys, i'm up from Vancouver, Canada and was wondering if i could get into:
Berkeley
USC
UCLA

My GPA is around... 92% ( I dont know how to conver it to 4.0)
I've only gotten a B in English 11 Honours (84%) in my whole high school year

I took Honours Math 9-12-Differential+Integral Calculus
Honours English 9-11
Honours Science 9-11

Band from Grade 6-12
Basketball Team from gr6-12
Cross Country for Gr12

200+ Volunteer hours from: RCMP Community Station, Pool, Community Centre, Children's Hospital

SAT I: 2030
SAT II Not completed yet (next week.. pretty sure i'll get 800 in math tho, and i'm taking Bio and Physics)

Considering you're not from CA, it'll be harder for you to get into the UCs. I have this booklet of UCs acceptance statistics. I'm assuming you have more than 15 semesters of honors courses from what i've read. According to the booklet, for 2005 ucla accepted 39.4 % of students with 15+ semester of honors completed...berkeley is 38.2. I can't calculate your satI because they didn't have it last year and i'm sorry i can't figure out the percentage based on your grades.
