You’ve taken AP world, APUSH, AP lang, AP calc, AP lit, AP Bio, and AP Latin in your freshman and sophomore years…?

Your EC’s are just OK (maybe more detail would help…), but your scores are pretty good. Yale, Stanford, and Columbia are reaches. CMU is a match.

Congrats on the amazing scores! You probably have a shot at the top schools. I can tell you that you will DEFINITELY get into Virginia Tech xD.

Although you’ll likely get into columbia, stanford, yale, etc., carnegie mellon is a reach. They look for a very unique, balanced student that isn’t afraid of high performance. I would advise learning a bit of computer science as well as narrowing down your research aspirations before applying to colleges. Most of the schools on your list you’ll get into no problem.

@Baskan I’m not sure if this is part of an April Fool’s prank or what. Stanford is the most selective university in the country.

You’re into UGA and VT literally no problem.
The ivies (+ Stanford & CM) are the ivies, meaning you’re a competitive applicant, but so is everyone else. But you’re a very competitive one. You should get into at least one of them. Good luck :D

Test scores are really good! Also great GPA with a tough schedule. The fact that you’re class president helps a lot and I’m sure with one of your essays you can work in some of your extracurricular experience. I would say UGA, CMU and VT are matches… the Ivies are reaches, but if I had to choose based on what I see here, I would say that you have a solid chance at one, if not more… they look for people who are invested in what they do though, so maybe elaborate on your EC’s?
