CMU is guaranteed admit for you but make sure you write brilliant essays and show why CMU is important and your college aim. Plus, your ECs are the default ones most of the 2300+ sat scores people have. You still have time to get something new and different! If you wish to get into Stanford, hire a Film script writer to write a amazingly persuasive (inspiring too) story about you. Just assume whatever you write did happen in your life.

CMU’s a high match for you
UGA: safety
Columbia/Stanford/Yale: reach (they’re crapshoots so don’t be discouraged)
Virginia Tech: safety

Make sure that you have all of the required tests. For a good portion of the majors at CMU, a Math SAT Subject Test is required. Not sure about the other schools, but a high Math II score would certainly help.
