Dear letsgo2college : Your unweighted GPA is an immediate flag on your application. Given how far you are down the high school road, the best you can do is advertise an exceptionally strong first half of your senior year. Your AP load (five courses total projection) seems light to bring about as great a difference between your unweighted and weighted averages as we are seeing. Based on your GPA, it would seem that you might be top quartile in your class, but not Top 10%.

From your activities, your leadership scope is limited. Sports are completely missing from your profile. Music experience is present (two instruments) and you should try to give a bit more information on these - marching band, pep band, pit band for the school play - anything more. Your volunteerism is sketchy and really does not provide much of a community sense. Honor societies and such are completely missing.

Your profile comes across as academically oriented, but not exceptionally strong - average academic profile with strong test scores. You are missing many aspects that would show you to be a contributor to the BC communiity.

While you might not like the answer, you are likely around 50/50 for acceptance into CSOM at BC. If you can fill in some of these gaps, your acceptance chances could greatly increase. Good luck in your final year of High School and keep pressing!
