*I will be retaking the SAT again in the fall. I understand that SATIIs aren't required, but my Math IIC score is 760 and my Spanish score is 720.

*Next year, I will be joining a program in which I will take all of my senior year classes at a community college instead of at my high school. The college goes by the quarter (Fall - Winter- Spring) system and I will be taking only transferable courses (according to the University of California).

Your ACT gives you a better chance than your current SAT so submit ACT and not SAT unless your retake improves. SAT II's are not required and they are not considered even if submitted. You don't give class rank but it appears it would be high and that with a 31 ACT gives you a very good chance (UIUC uses class rank to evaluate and if school does not rank it estimates).
