What would be my chances for Claremont Mckenna and the other schools listed below if I do fairly well to very well(maintaining a 3.5-4.0 gpa) at the school I'm going to next year? Along with getting some math and langague credits out of the way. So what would be my chances for the following schools if I were to embark on this path and do well?

In what standing would I be in to possibly transfer into these schools?

Then again I might like the school I could very well be going to next year.

Gettysburg College
Clearemomt McKenna College
Reed College
George Washington University
William & Marry
Washington & Lee University
University of Chicago

There’s a big difference between 3.5 and 4.0. 3.5 is widely considered to be an acceptable GPA, but admissions is based on your application in juxtaposition to others in the applicant pool. They will also consider your SATs and high school record if you will have completed less than 30 credits before intended matriculation.

I have a low gpa and test scores in high school however I have done AP’s and have a very good EC record. I’ve been accepted to a college and should do well there which I hope will give me more of an advantage in transfering to any these schools then my high school record espeically considering that I will be doing college-level work not high school.

Regardless of your plans, some of those schools will still want to see a high sat score. claremont is one of the few that doesn’t really take into consideration sat scores if you’re a transfer, but most schools will.
