<p>I have already been accepted into UT based on my rank (I'm salutatorian at my school). I am hoping to major in Mechanical Engineering at Cockrell though. I have a 4.0 GPA, my SAT math score is 640, my ACT math score is 27. I know my test score are not that great since I've never been much of a test taker, but I am really passionate about engineering and I'm willing to dedicate my time and effort. Is there ANY chance of me getting accepted into Cockrell?</p>
<p>And if you think my chances are slim, is there any chance that retaking the SAT/ACT this late will affect anything? Or is it too late for that?</p>
