Teacher Recs: I know both teachers really well and they both have reputations for writing great recs. One from my physics teacher who I've had for three out of four years, and is the advisor for robotics club. The other from my gov/human geography teacher who volunteered to write it for me.
Counselor rec: Big school, so probably not very personal, but she's one of the best at my school.

My great-grandparents met at Cornell in the forties, and we're married in the chapel there. They also gave a lot of money to the alumni association over the years. I don't know how much that helps.

Thanks in advance!

Your stats are great, and remember Cornell only looks at cr and m for SAT. Maybe more leadership would’ve been nice but you are definitely in the running. Make sure your essays are good!

Your stats are good & you are a viable candidate for admission, however keep in mind that male acceptance for COE is one of the lowest admit rates of the 7 colleges within Cornell. With this level of selectivity it is best to hope for the best, but expect the worse.

My son just got in ED with very similar stats. I would say you would be a strong candidate Early Decision. Regular decision would be a little tougher.

Your CR and WR scores are higher than your math score, that sucks a little but you seem a strong applicant. Got in with a CR score way lower than yours. Goodluck :D
