<p>and btw based on what I've heard CoE interviews are non-evaluative so I doubt it will be a huge help. Sorry. But again if you're international I think you're doing better than we thought (stat wise)</p>
<p>Judging by 'Russian essay contest', I'd guess international -- if so, applying for financial aid may lower your chances, hopefully you didn't.</p>
