Chances for Colby College (RD)?

What are my chances of getting accepted into Colby College (RD)? Any feedback is appreciated!

I am hispanic and a US citizen but have never lived in the USA.

Major of interest: biochemistry or applied mathematics (either one with a path in pre-med)

-9.63 GPA (out of 10) which is about a 3.95 (out of 4)
-1370 on the new SAT
-800 on SAT Spanish and 710 on SAT Math level 2
-5/96 class rank (top 6%)
-IB diploma by the end of High School. Math, Chemistry, Theory of knowledge, and History (4) in standard level. And Spanish, English, and Art in higher level.
-115 on the ibt TOEFL

Extracurriculars:
Participation in UN Models both as a delegate and as a member of the organizing commitee, tutoring, temporary jobs during summer and winter vacations, math club, film club, drum class.

Honors (there are not many honors where I live):
50% school-recognized scholarship in 9th grade
Full state and school-recognized scholarship in 10th, 11th, and 12th grade.

If you are a native Spanish speaker (toefl suggests that), your Spanish score, while excellent, doesn’t count for much.

Better than 50% chance but not a sure thing?

D had comparable stats (and IB diploma as well) two years ago and was rejected. Does that mean you will be too? No, just know that your chances are 50/50 at best unless you can fill some niche.

Definitely give it a try. I got in last year with comparable scores/stats
