Chances for college list?

So I was wondering if anyone was willing to help give me my chances of getting in to a bunch of different schools - I have a general idea for most of them but second opinions are always welcome :) The tentative list of schools: Boston University, Brown, Colgate, Columbia, Cornell, Hamilton, Penn, Pitt, SUNY Geneseo, Swarthmore, University of Rochester.

I realize that's a lot and many of them are reaches - was wondering if anyone could help me whittle some of them down. Some basic info: white male, upstate NY, public hs is regarded as one of the best in the region. I'm interested in studying either psychology or political science. Would strongly prefer an urban atmosphere or at least proximity to a large city but as you can see it's not necessarily a deal-breaker.

GPA 3.9 UW (my school doesn't weight GPA so I have no idea what it is weighted, ~50 in a class of 320)
SAT 2080 (740 CR, 660 M, 680 W)
SAT II: USH 770, Lit 710, Math 1 670
33 ACT (35 English, 32 Math, 32 Reading, 31 Science)

APs:
World History 4
US History Pending
English Language/Comp Pending
English Lit/Comp (senior year)
Government (senior year)
Psychology (senior year)
Statistics (senior year)

ECs/volunteering/other stuff:
-Editor-in-Chief of student newspaper for two years, was Entertainment Editor as a sophomore and involved as a freshman. Won a national award for a piece I wrote this year
-Involvement in Student Government all four years, getting a higher level position next year too
-Mock Trial as a freshman and sophomore (disbanded but regional champions)
-Self-published a novel a couple years ago, have promoted it at local community events
-Key Club
-Scrabble club lol, also disbanded
-Play two instruments
-A few school-wide academic awards
-I work as a page at the public library
-member of Spanish Honor Society
-Link Crew
-Student mentor at high school summer program

Thanks so much for the help!

I think that the Ivy colleges are probably big reaches. I don’t see any point in applying to Cornell or Hamilton if you want an urban environment. Will you need financial aid? I’m presuming you want to remain in the Northeast, but your interests could be better met at Georgetown, GWU, or American (a safety for you, where you might get a good scholarship). Maybe try Columbia, Georgetown, or Penn Early Decision, but look a little further afield for other options (e.g. Fordham, Pitt, et al).

Yes, financial aid is a must. I’m unsure if I’ll apply to Cornell - I still need to visit it, but it seems more kids at my high school get accepted there far more often than any other Ivy. However, I love Hamilton for its open curriculum and strong Government department - the DC program is especially attractive to me. I do want to stay in the Northeast - I’ve visited Georgetown, and it didn’t click for me. GWU seems like a great fit but financially it’s far out of reach, at least according to the net price calculator. But if you think American would offer me merit $ then perhaps it’s worth considering as a safety. I’d love to be in the DC area.

Bump?
