chances for college? suggestions

Hey guys, I'm just curious of what you guys think of my chances for my schools I'd want to go and any suggestions for other schools that might fit me. Thanks to anyone who helps out!

Anyway... first off here is my info:

GPA
Fresh: 3.5.... ehhh some colleges don't even look at that lol
Soph: 3.83 both semesters, I took ap bio
Junior: 4.0 first semester, and probably 4.5 this semester, im taking ap calc, ap chem and ap us history
senior year: im a junior right now, but im planning on taking ap stats, ap gov, ap psychology, honors physics and a class at a college next year
I also took a spanish class at a community last summer and got an A and im going to take a class on western civilization this summer
SATs:
1790 :(... I'm getting a tutor this week and am aiming for around 2050... I'm going to work hard for that because I know its important
750 bio e
790 us history
outside of school activities:
academic decathlon 3 years
jsa 3 years
model un 3 years
peer counseling 4 years
CSF 2 years
volunteered at a local theatre (for plays, concerts etc...) for about 100+ hours for about 1 year
I work at a movie theatre currently and have been doing so for about 5 months now... around 10 once application time comes around
I've been an avid singer/songwriter/guitar player all through high school now, I've performed many times, including for charitable causes

I am white and jewish and go to a public high school that is semi competitive and is composed of mostly white students if that means anything....

I'm very interested in history, so maybe i'd major in history or poli sci... some schools i'd like to go to are:
A nice UC school (Berkeley, UCLA etc....)
USC

As you can see... my list of colleges aren't that long hehe.... I'm not sure of other colleges in my area (california) that would be suitable for me and my major. Any suggestions? What are my chances of getting into the colleges I've listed? Any ideas for other colleges around here that would be good for me? I've lived here in cali for a great deal of my life and love it here and would prefer to stay in the area. Thanks a bunch to anyone who replies!

usc:match.
ucla/ucb: slight reach. try to raise the sat score.
i'm assuming from your choice of colleges that you are a california resident.

yeah i am a cali resident... interesting i was just looking, which is encouraging I guess, is that my uc gpa calculation ive done is 4.12 I think, at my school over the past 5 years the berkeley average gpa was 4.11 who got accepted and ucla was 4.11 as well, usc was 4.05... so it seems as if I'm on par, thanks for the advice
