What do you think?

Weak SATs, some leadership, some awards, but somewhat sketchy ECs. Try applying, but I wouldn’t get my hopes up.

You’re GPA/rank is definitely on par for Columbia. and your SAT is around the 40th percentile which should be good. (definitely not weak) You don’t have a huge amount of ECs but I think if you display a passion for one or two that’ll be fine. You’ve been in debate all 4 years of high school, so if you could maybe get a leadership position in that you could further display your passion for it? So yeah, overall I think you have a good chance of acceptance.
