Chances for Competitive Colleges?

I'm a junior in Maryland, looking to major in journalism and minor in statistics or physics. I'm a female from Pakistan (Asian).

WHAT I'VE GOT:

GPA: 3.25-ish unweighted
4.5-ish

SAT cumulative score: 2200
take 1: reading 690 + math 640 + writing 740 = total 2070
take 2: reading 800 + math 660 + writing 640 = total 2100

SAT II Biology E: 700

AP Biology: 4
AP Statistics: 3
Probably AP English: 5
Probably AP US History: 4

Next year's editor-in-chief of our school newspaper, which I hold hella positions on now.
Tons of volunteer work with my mosque. No employment. Have an internship this summer with local charity group.
Literary editor for school's literary arts magazine.
Won a few local, a few national writing awards.
Killer recommendations from AP US and journalism teachers.

WHAT I WANT:
I'm mostly looking at competitive colleges on the East coast, with a few exceptions:
- U of Maryland, College Park (target)
- Penn State (target)
- Syracuse U
- Boston U
- UNC Chapel Hill
- NYU (dream)
- Northwestern U (dream)

I don't even know if I'm looking in the right place. Am I aiming too high? What are my chances?

*4.50-ish weighted GPA, sorry

You do have to raise that 3.25ish somewhat. Also, take another SAT II and take your ACT as well. EC’s seem okay, but could be better. Honestly, I’d say that you have a 2/5 chance, but that’s just me.

Thanks, whatslife. I’m signed up for the US History and English Lit subject tests next month. I think I’ll get above 700 on both. And I think I’ll be able to have a 3.40-ish GPA by the end of this year.
