I have been anxiously awaiting my decision for this school and wondering if I should stay optimistic
CP GPA: 4.25
ACT: 31 (36 math, 30 english, 33 reading, 28 science)
I think my MCA score is somewhere around 4500

With an expected acceptance rate of around 12% it is difficult to predict. You look like a qualified applicant.

Do you know how the ACT factors into the MCA score?
You would covert your ACT scores to SAT scores for the MCA points;
