Chances for Cornell and Uchicago please?

ED Cornell, EA UChicago.

If I get into Cornell, then I'd be going to the College of Arts and Sciences, double majoring in Economics and English.
If I get into UChicago, then I'd being majoring in Economics, but I'd also be doing that Chicago Careers program in Journalism, or at least I think I would.

Background: Female, Chinese, from Jericho, New York where 30+ kids are admitted into Cornell every year, not many for UChicago though.

GPA: Unweighted = 3.849, Weighted = 4.089

AP Scores:
AP Euro - 4
AP Chem - 4
AP Comp - 5
AP Psych - 5

Currently taking AP Computer Science, AP Physics B, AP Calculus BC, AP Spanish, AP Literature.

My essays are pretty solid, and I have great recs from my AP Chem teacher, my AP Comp teacher, and my Engineering teacher, who has known me since the 7th grade.

But this year, my grades are slipping horribly. I'll be lucky if I manage to get a B in AP Physics and AP Comp Sci, and I think I may even get a C in AP Calculus. Is this going to hurt me drastically come admissions time?

Also, I know my math scores are a little weak. Should I send in my Math 1 score or my Math 2 score? Or possibly, neither? Cornell only needs two, so I can send in Chem and Lit, and UChicago doesn't need any....but would it be not smart to not send in a math SAT 2 score?

Please chance me :) Thanks so much!

Competitive at either. ED at Cornell will help. Math is in the ball park.
