Chances for Cornell/Duke/Penn ?? Applying ED

As the title suggests:

Stats:
Male, from competitive public HS in MA (class of ~400, about 15-25 to ivies each year)

GPA: ~3.849 UW, 4.6 W (6 APs by graduation plus 2 college classes) - this would be a 3.9+ had it not been for freshman year (upward trend)
Rank: My HS does UW ranks, so I get penalized a bit. I'm around the top 10%- give or take 3/4 spots
SAT: 2010 (retaking later, but will use ACT)
ACT: 33 (36 M, 35 Science, 31 Writing, 31 Reading)
Subject Tests: 790 and 770 on Math lvl 2 and Physics subject tests.
Intended Major: MechE

Extracurriculars: I'm not going to go in much depth but I have a fair amount of ECs related to engineering and science. I have leadership positions in clubs, have gone to state/nationals in competitions and have worked in labs (I intend on sending an additional rec from mentor and/or research abstract)

Main: Robotics (state/national level) and Lab Work (at a top 20 USNWR school, not Cornell)
Secondary: Speech & Debate, Golf, Science Olympiad, etc.

Complete List:
1. Cornell/Duke/Penn (still debating on which one to go ED)
2. Brown
3. Columbia (maybe ed?)
4. MIT
5. Northwestern
6. Rice
7. Michigan
8. Georgia Tech
9. UIUC

Also, could anyone suggest more safeties for engineering schools?

You have a pretty good shot at Cornell and Duke I think, but your class rank might be a problem for Columbia,Brown, and Penn, as well as your SAT/ACT score (good, but not outstanding).

Good engineering schools are Carnegie Mellon University, V Tech, RIT. Chance back?

Sure, can I get a link? Regarding the class rank, I’ll see if I can withhold it. Also, my grade is very competitive and these are UW ranks. If they were weighted ranks, I would definitely be in the top 10%

Ok, then I think you’ll be pretty competitive.
Here’s mine: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/showthread.php?t=1177547</a></p>

You’ll without a doubt in my mind get into Cornell if you ED.
Duke/Penn: In (80% chance) or Waitlist
Brown: ^Same as Duke Penn
Columbia: If you ED you may have like a 60-40 chance to get in, I’ll say 50-50 here…its like this for everyone though lol.
MIT: Slightly better chance
Northwestern: 90% Chance in
Rice: Unsure
Michigan: most likely in
Georgia Tech: Definitely in
UIUC: unsure

Chance me please: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1179687-chances-columbia-brown-princeton-tufts-uva-williams.html</a></p>

I’d say you should get into cornell/penn
