I am now in Penn State and I wanna transfer to a better school with good finaicial mathematics majors. I got a 4.0 GPA. and my SAT score is 600/770/670 , so do I have chance to get into Cornell?UPenn?NYU stern? Northwestern?

If all you have is a 4.0 and a 2040 SAT then you’re not getting any to any of 'em. Are you transferring as a sophomore or junior?

I still have strong rec and volunteer experience. I have good ec in my high school stage.
sophomore

High school grades?

my high school GPA is 3.98.

Penn no, Stern no, and Cornell no. i would suggest you stay where you are or apply to a different undergrad b-school that isn’t rant so selective. try HAAS, UT, Chapel Hill, Richmond, JMU, or UIUC

Penn doesn’t have financial mathematics major, and if you do the econ major at College you may have a shot - if you have amazing ECs. If you’re going for Wharton then I’d say slim chance to none. And honestly…a 2040 SAT simply doesn’t cut it.
