Chances for Cornell?

Im a sophomore at a high school, and i am really interested in applying to Cornell. Unfortunately, I had one B in Accl. Bio [weighted class] last year, and I have two Bs in Accl. Chem. and AP US History [both weighted], but the major thing I am worried about is that I have a C in Accl. Alg II [also weighted]. I wish to know that, if I could pull my grades up Junior year, is there still a possibility that Cornell would accept me? I have done Winter AND Spring Track and Field for both freshman and sophomore year, but I am certainly not good at it, though I am dedicated to it. I am also involved in my school's Cooking Club and i volunteer with LINK, a non profit senior citizen aid organization. I just really wish to know if there is any thing I can do to get into Cornell. I still have all of junior and senior year to improve. Will that one C ruin all my chances?
Thanks for any help you can give me!
