Your opinions would be great!

I would say you’re getting accepted. All the extracurricular activities help and since your mom attended boulder it should also help. I just got accepted and will be attending CU Boulder for the fall of 2011 with credentials similar to yours except with many more honors and AP classes (3.5 GPA 1600-1700 SAT scores sent multiple scores). I also know some people who got in with lower credentials (in-state and no alumni relations) with about a 2.5-2.9 GPA and around 1500-1600 SAT score that got accepted so I would honestly say you’re looking pretty solid. Just don’t let senioritis or whatever kick your azz. Colleges like seeing an up-trending GPA.

Also, if you check collegeboard, and in the college search box input University of Colorado at Boulder, the school should pop up and you can also view their acceptance rates, SAT ACT average accepted scores, and % of people who got accepted from say a 2.5-2.9 GPA. Helpful information!

Good luck!
