Your grades, test scores and EC’s make you at least a fairly competitive applicant at Ivies like Dartmouth. The most important part of your application is going to be your essay/supplementals. If your essays is as good as you say it is (i.e. it really makes you stand out from the pack), then you have as good of a chance as anyone, but there are no guarantees when it comes to this stuff.
