Chances for Dartmouth, JHU, etc. ?

I am a junior (white male) at a very competitive high school in the Midwest and I was wondering what my chances were for a few schools at my current progress. I am really interested in Dartmouth, Johns Hopkins, Northwestern, Harvard, UMich, and Stanford, and I want to go pre-med. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
ACT: 35
SAT: 2360
GPA: 3.91/4.23W
Rank: 6/249
AP’s: APUSH (5), Stats (4), Euro (4), am taking Bio, Eng III, World, and Gov this year, and Physics, Eng IV, Calc AB, and Environmental Science Senior year
Awards: AP Scholar, School’s Excellence in Achievement Award, a few leadership and math and science awards locally, local piano awards
EC’S: Varsity Cross Country and Track (best in school at pole vault), Attorney General Teen Ambassador board member- (we convene at capitol to deal with problems affecting teens across state, present findings to state gov’t and create a plan of action), Class Officer (Treasurer), Stats Club, Math Club, VP of Ecology Club, Founder of Chinese Club, Traveled to China for few weeks over summer to teach English/refine Chinese, board member of major nationwide charity’s fund distribution committee, Principal’s Leadership Council, National Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta Member, shadowed surgeons at major hospital (and will do internship next summer). Played piano for 9 years

I feel as though I am ‘qualified’ for most of the schools I like, but I’m not sure whether I actually stand out at all or not and stand any decent chances (especially at Dartmouth and JHU-- would need financial aid of some sort for just about any of them). Any help would be great! Thanks.

You’ll easily make it

Everything looks good. As long as you have good relationships with teachers for solid recs and strong essays, i think you have a good shot. But, of course, these types of schools with acceptance rates under 10% are reaches for everybody so I wouldn’t be 100% confident on getting admitted. Please chance me back!

You have awesome test scores and gpa right now so your main focus should be on maintaining high grades, getting some 800’s on subject tests (which I think you’ll easily do), and working on your EC’s. You still have a lot of time so get involved in something that’ll really pop out on an application such as research in a lab as a high school student. Personally, I know Hopkins loves to see that on an application as it’s a very research focused school. Keep up the good work and PM me with any questions :)!
