So, I did not do too well freshman/sophomore years of high school, but junior year things are looking up. Big upward trend.

I'll have around an unweighted GPA of 3.6 and weighted 4.0
At the very least top 15% perhaps 10% (I'm not sure with the future GPAs)
Shooting for high SAT and ACT Scores
AP World = 4
AP American History = Pending
AP Lang = Pending
AP Euro = Pending

I'll be taking 4 AP classes senior year and 2 actual community college classes

I plan on doing A LOT of community service this summer.

I will be visiting all of these schools this summer. Which ones do you think I have a chance with? If i apply ED?

What can I do to increase my chances? Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I’m taking the SAT next weekend and then probably again October. Shooting for at least a 2100 which I believe is reasonable. Yes, I think I might apply ED. Thank you for the help!

don’t know if you’re still looking for info, or if you have updates on AP scores, but…

First, are you in state at UF? If so, you should have no problem getting in. If not, it’ll be tough, but not impossible. I don’t know what their out-of-state admissions is looking these days.

Wake I would think would be a mild reach; you’ll probably get in assuming you take tough classes senior year, have good ECs, a good interview and essay.

Davidson will be a pretty big reach. You’ll need to get lucky there.

Furman you’ll get into. I go there. You’ll probably get a decent amount of merit money too. I’d apply for as much as you can get. I had about a 3.3 unweighted, 2150 SATs, 6 APs (when I applied; I was in two additional senior year) and got about $11k a year in merit money. You can check out the Furman forum for more info on the school. I love it so far, and can answer any questions you have on the school.
