Chances for decent Chem-E Schools!?

Hi, i'm an Asian Indian senior that apparently didn't live up to the stereotype. "Indian's are smart". I did bad freshman/sophomore year, but I picked it up as I moved away after sophomore year. Please help me with my chances :)

Freshman GPA: 2.46 (No advanced classes/ EC's)
Sophomore GPA: 3.54 (No advanced classes/ EC's)
Junior GPA: 3.91 (Honors Alg II/ JV Tennis)
Senior GPA: 4.83 (Precalculus, AP Chemistry, AP Biology, Spanish IV, AP Language-Composition/ Varsity Tennis-Captain)
-I skipped Spanish III, self taught myself over summer.
Cumulative GPA: 3.55
Class Rank: Top 25%
Sat I: 2250
ACT: 30
Good essays
Good reccommendations

Would I have good chances at private colleges? Or would I have to go to state colleges? I feel as if I'm just an average applicant. I live in St. Louis, Missouri, and wanted to go to a college within the state. I plan on majoring in Chemical Engineering. Chances please?

bump

seriously tho

I dunno abotu schools in MO but OSU in nearby ohio has a preety good Chem program

No, sorry, you'll ned above a 3.8 for that matter.

yeah but look at his SAT

I seriously wouldn't have a chance to a private college? I figured since my GPA nearly doubled, and I did good on my tests, I would have a chance.. no?

you have a chance at washu with your competitive sat scores and increasing GPA trend..just have a good reason as to your mediocre performance early in high school.
