Chances for Drexel University or Temple Uni with a low gpa?

So, my gpa is very low. I have a 3.2 uw gpa. 3.4/3.5 weighted.
SAT is 1320/1600.

I take all IB Classes.
I have 200+ community/volunteer hours. I’ve been in 5+ extra curicular activites over the past 4 years of high school.
I’m Middle Eastern and I can speak 4 languages.
Any chance with my low gpa? I messed up freshman year which is why my gpa is so slow. For Sophmore year I had an avg gpa of 3.3 and junior year was 3.4. Freshman year I got a 2.4.

You should get into both. I think you can reach for a bit more difficult schools to get into
