<p>I have a friend (yes, a friend) who really wants to go to drexel. His gpa is a 2.8 and the highest sat score after taking it 3 times is a 1510. </p>

<p>500 math
500 reading
510 writing</p>

<p>He's taking..</p>

<p>AP GOVERNMENT
AP LITERATURE
AP PSYCHOLOGY
AP ENVIRONMENTAL</p>

<p>and took AP LANGUAGE AND HONORS CHEMISTRY LAST YEAR</p>

<p>has 3-4 volunteer/clubs that he was involved in and his education was interuppted since he movedd from a different state before junior year</p>

<p>what are his chances?</p>

<p>Not great :(. Its a reach. His scores put him around the bottom 20% of freshmen. Average GPA is a 3.5 . It’d take really convincing ECs/essays/letters/interviews. It’s important to emphasize that interruption in education. It will help explain the low GPA.</p>
