<p>I can only tell you about University of Michigan. My sibling got in with about the same test scores, no job, but tons of community involvement.</p>

<p>Overall, you’ve got a pretty great app, except for one glaring problem: your ACT. 28 isn’t a bad score, but it falls below even Duke’s bottom 25% for ACT scores. It’s really going to hurt you. Have you tried the SAT? If not, I would give it a shot because you may end up doing better.</p>

<p>I think Duke, Chicago, Northwestern, and Georgetown are pretty high reaches. I’m not very familiar with the others so I can’t really comment on them. Good luck!</p>

<p>ACT score may kill your application. Try taking the SAT in October. You may want to apply regular decision in case you want to take the December SAT. Otherwise, Class rank and everything else is good!</p>

<p>Why don’t you give the SAT a shot? You’ve taken the ACT 3 times and gotten the same exact score each time. Plus, it’s not wise to take a test more than 3 times. I’d suggest trying the SAT.</p>

<p>you should go for 2200 on Sat. I mean tou have 0 chance with your current score, retaking is your only option.</p>

<p>It’s not wise to take the ACT more than 3 times BUT if you are confident you can score a 32+ then it will be worth it.</p>
