Duke- reach
Vanderbilt- reach
UNC-reach (maybe only a slight reach if you are in state)
Tulane- slight reach/high match
UT- match

I’d say her stats look good but the only thing that concerns me is her GPA and class rank. A 63/420 puts her in the top 15% which isn’t good enough for the more competitive schools on your list (Duke, Vanderbilt, and UNC).

Tulane = Match (Avg GPA was 3.51 and ACT was 30)

For OOS (or in-state that’s not in the top 7%) UT-Austin can be very competitive. It does help if she’s an URM (till the Fisher ruling gets worked out).
