Not enough AP classes.

Low chance. Class rank can definitely improve and you sat needs a lot of work. Right now your chances are verrry slim but you will have a much better chance if you get a ~2250 or higher and rank improves to top 1%.

The amount of AP classes you take should reflect the opportunities offered to you by your school. So, for instance, if your school offers five APs and you take all five APs, you’re set. Conversely, if it offers fifteen APs and you take three or four, you might be in trouble.

Keep in mind, however, that schools will recognize your dual-enrollment courses, and they may, in effect, “substitute” for an AP credit.

ECs are excellent, I see leadership…

Um, test scores need to be higher, but you already know that…

Keep on your current path. Work hard, and I’m sure some doors will open for you. :)

I’d try and improve the SATs a little, but a 2000 isn’t a deal breaker if you look through this years results. However, if Duke is really a school you see yourself at, I’d apply early decision as it does help a lot- they’ll reward you for liking them. It’s still hard to get in, but it’s slightly easier.
